Delivery timelines vary based on your location, but most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor the status. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your electronics reach you in perfect condition. In case of any delays or concerns, our support team is always ready to assist you promptly.
Order Processing Time
We are committed to fast and efficient order fulfillment. Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During this stage, your electronic products are verified, quality-checked, and securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
Please note: During sale events, holiday seasons, or unusual demand spikes, there may be slight delays, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way via email or SMS.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Our standard delivery timelines range from 5 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Metro Cities: Typically 2–4 days after dispatch
Tier 2/3 Cities: 4–6 days after dispatch
Remote/Rural Areas: 6–10 days

Shipping Fees & Free Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹999. Orders below this threshold may include a nominal shipping charge based on your region and order size.
All shipping fees will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout, so you’ll never encounter hidden charges.

To ensure a smooth and safe shipping experience, we work exclusively with leading delivery services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, DTDC, and India Post.
Each order is tracked from dispatch to delivery, and we ensure that all electronics are packed with anti-static and shock-absorbing materials for maximum safety.
Real-Time Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email and/or SMS with a tracking link and AWB number. You can monitor your order’s real-time status, from dispatch through transit to final delivery.
If you haven’t received tracking info within 72 hours of ordering, feel free to reach out to our support team.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected products and pin codes. A small COD fee may apply and will be shown at checkout. Please ensure you are available at the delivery address to accept the order and make the payment.
Note: Orders placed via COD may require phone number verification before shipping.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within India. However, we are actively working on offering international delivery options in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make two to three attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, we’ll contact you to verify the details and may reattempt delivery. Re-delivery may involve additional shipping charges.
Damaged, Delayed or Lost Packages
We care deeply about your satisfaction. In the rare event that your product is:
Delivered damaged or tampered
Shows signs of missing items
Or does not reach you within 10 days of dispatch
Please contact our support team within 48 hours. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and take prompt action — which may include reshipment, refund, or store credit, depending on the issue and availability.
Delivery During Public Holidays & Lockdowns
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and government-declared public holidays.
In case of national lockdowns, natural disasters, or strikes, shipping times may be impacted. We’ll do our best to communicate delays transparently.
